this research gives the possiblity to capture a planet and have its man power, you can have only one fleet posted, at any planet that you conquer (you must destroy everything of the previous owner and you must reconstruct everything).

| it should not be possible to kick the old player out of the game, this way, but maybe you can kind of occupy the planet this way and make some trouble with the alliance of that player - but it should not be possible to occupy n00b planets |
