|

How about addings a couple of small icons to the game to make the input of coordinates easier? Lets say, there will be a little icon next to all noted coordinates that copys them when clicked. On that same note, there would be another small icon next to any coordinate input boxes that pastes the coords when clicked.
Perhaps it would be nesscessary for the buttons to copy and paste in a special way, such as XXXcoord[tab]YYYcoord[tab]ZZcoord, that way it will paste into a coordinate input box perfectly.
Just a thought. It's not hard to copy and paste yourself, but the problem with that is pasting into input boxes. _________________

Oh, damn. I didn't know you could do that. My mistake! I guess this is a moot suggestion. _________________

No one knows that before being told by someone. I'm still in favor for some self-explaining copy-coordinate-button. Or getting rid of the separated coordinate slots. One slot for all coordinates, separated by slashes. That would be C&P-friendly. Just my 5 cents. |

great ideas. i would like up-down buttons for coords.
also i had this idea that you could lock fleets together. so that you need to enter coords only for one of them and all others follow. |

i like a solution that helps real time manoeuvring
when there is no need for a hurry, any input will do for me
But with real time manoeuvring, the all-in-one-box-with-slashes increases the risk of miss-typing (for me, bad typist)
i like both seniors suggestion for that _________________ “All war is deception.” |

How about a button next to coord boxes that will transfer those coords to an ajacent fleet?
Or how about this feature: You can change the direction of a fleet quicker by just filling in ONE input box and the other coords remain the same, instead of having to type in the whole thing just to change it one sector. Example:
000/000/00 <-You are here
[001][___][__] <- Input box
-CLICK!-
Fleet moved to 001/000/00 (eta...x) _________________
