I think this ship is much too powerful, invulnerable against interceptors,nano bombers, and spectres is too much strength for one little ship.
I think it should simply have 2 lp |

yes it's quite powerfull, but i think:
the fighter is the main ship in class one. the ship balance in class 1 isn't like this.
it's more like this:
the interceptor (a ship that is not avaible for all players) is the number one. without thinking you simply take 1000 ceptors and you will make points.
this is not good for the game.
the nano bomber is a special ship, that is doing the same, but a bit weaker than the interceptor.
the spectre cannot harm ship with lp>1 anyway.
i think the blockade runner is needed to rebalance the class 1.
the interceptor is still a cool ship , but you need to combine it now with fighters, else you will looses.
that was the goal!
(same with the nano bomber, spectre has a brutal punch is is one of the greates ships anyway)
so dear interceptor friends, make the number 1 free for the true number one: the fighter !
i am quite sure , this way the class 1 will be balanced.

this is ship isn't super because:
it looses against:
fighters
fighter mosquito fleets
fighter intruder fleets
fighter interceptor fleets (less interceptors)
fighter nano bomber fleets (less nb's)
intruder fleets
fighter sporator fleets
fighter commando-fighter fleets
penguin fleets
i wouldn't call that super
i guess you don't like it because it wins agains this fleet:
interceptor fleet
that will simply win against all fleets named above, and that is too boring. with the bloackde runner the varitions in class one will be greater, because the unbeatable supermanfighter interceptor has an enemy now!

But most of those can also shoot at other classes(and score big points), as can the blockade runner, the humble interceptor and nano bomber can do no such thing, he is simply a target against higher classes, for him to not be able to shoot at ships in his own class, seems so , unkind. To be invulnerable to spectres as well, it is a mighty ship alright this blockade runner. And what exactly does a cyclops do in this case??

a cyclops destroys it.
indeed the br can score points in higher classes, but 50% less efficient than the fighter.
the interceptor is still a great ship with the chance to make 1000 or more score in a fight, but finally (!!!) there is the possiblity to loose with a pure 100% ceptor fleet. that is the most important point, else the ceptor wouldn't be balanced.
this ship changes the class 1 but i think it will balance it.
this is an interesting case because it shows how a single ship can change the game. try to find out the balancing/changing effects of ships when yopu invent new ones. pls help us to find out all effects before we drop it into the game, discuss all new inventions, if you find them unbalanced; try to tell why they are bad/good for the game.

So it can't be modified with the + or -. It can be destroyed by the cyclops.
