This probe that cost 2 chronopods can disrupt the time flux. Under selfdestruction it will set fleets inside its scanradius backwards in time 1 hour.

i guess we could only reverse fleet movements easily.
naturally a jump back in time for the whole universe would be easy, but i guess unwanted _________________
