LOL I was looking through the impossible section just out of curiosity encountered this ship. Good idea. It could use some adjustments, but i think i can make a ship out of this somehow.

A little bit powerful, since for 10 mp you kill 60 mp.
Imagine the senario in which you come to an enemy base with 40 Ion Beams, and 40 Cruisers. You are able to wipe out at least a building in his base.
Horrible idea, but I am looking forward to seeing your adjustment Blackmagic.
